    This package is designed to help you create sustainable, healthy habits that support your energy, digestion, hormones, and overall well-being.

    We’ll work together to improve your current nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement routines while addressing concerns such as: digestive or gut health, bloating, low energy levels, hormone imbalances, blood sugar support.

    You’ll receive a personalized wellness plan tailored to your unique goals, with ongoing support to help you implement real, lasting change.

  • Rhythm & Flow Hormonal Health Support

    This 12+ week program will support you in living your best life during each of the four stages of the female menstrual cycle.

    This is a perfect fit if you feel you lack energy and suffer from menstrual cramps/PMS and want to feel more in tune with the rhythm and flow of your body each day of the month.

    The cycle synching method will help you learn what foods, exercises, lifestyle choices, and supplements are right for your body during all phases of the menstrual cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal). Working over a 12 week period will support you in making improvements towards your hormone goals and feel more in tune with your body's hormonal rhythms.

  • Metamorphosis

    This choose your own journey package (minimum of twelve weeks commitment) is designed to support you in redefining your relationship with food, your body, and self.

    Together, we will work on building strong lifestyle and eating habits and strengthening your mindset. This deep internal work will align with a personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement program that will be adjusted to your journey’s needs as it evolves.

    This program is designed to have no “finish line”, and instead will support you as the foundation for a healthy lifestyle with inner trust, peace, and commitment to self at its roots.
