My Approach

Wellness and nutrition are so much more than just eating well and exercising to stay fit. Wellness is not a "one size fits all" box. Each journey is unique and needs to be intentionally planned. By working together, we will get to know one another and understand your unique preferences. All of Curious Georgia Holistic Wellness plans and packages are personalized to you so that we can reach your goals and enjoy the process to the fullest.

I have designed my offerings with five key pillars in mind: self awareness and growth mindset work; nutrition knowledge; lifestyle elevation support; personalized exercise advice; and supplement recommendations.

Each pillar will be incorporated into your personalized wellness plan in a way that best fits your needs. This plan will continue to be updated and changed throughout your journey as you evolve. We'll work closely together to reach your goals holistically. Whatever level of support you need will be available!
